Had a great time with friends! We visited the Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens, and spent a day at the Jacksonville Maritime Museum. The area was easy to navigate, and the check-in was smooth. Overall, it’s a solid spot for groups looking to explore the local sights.

While our stay was mostly good, I did notice the pool had an exposed electrical wire that seemed dangerous, which really should be fixed for safety reasons.

The staff was really kind and friendly. They went out of their way to help me with anything I needed during my stay, even let me borrow a microwave for my leftovers.

Limited dining options nearby only include fast-food joints, which might not appeal to everyone. I encountered several maintenance issues, including temperature control and issues with appliances, leading to an uncomfortable experience overall.

The hotel has great potential with a lovely pool and cozy rooms, though the cleanliness leaves much to be desired and staff interactions vary widely. On a positive note, the beautiful ambiance makes it a nice stopover, but the cigarette smell and noise issues could definitely use improvement.
